The feet are our foundation and the cause of many structural issues in the joints of the legs and hips. New! Yamuna® Hand Fitness will be intermittently added or offered instead of Foot Fitness.  The Yamuna® Foot Tools become Hand Tools.

With all the technology we have at our fingertips, we are repetitively stressing our hands and wrists on a daily basis.  Marianna will teach routines to give your the tools and techniques to increase flexibility, strenghen, tone and improve alignment of your hands and wrists.  Caring for your hands can help in preventing carpal tunnel and other conditions that cause pain and tension in wrists and hands.
