Belfast Yoga Studio offers a variety of Yoga classes in a variety of styles and for all levels, as well as, Yamuna® Body Rolling and Yamuna® Foot/Hand Fitness classes.
Owner Marianna Moll has been teaching yoga since 1986, with twenty years of Iyengar Yoga Instructor Certification. She is also a certified Relax&Renew® Trainer as well as a certified Level II Yamuna® Body Rolling Instructor & Yamuna® Body Rolling Therapeutics and Yamuna® Body Logic Practitioner. Also Yamuna® Body Rolling Therapeutic Face & TMJ Practitioner. She is also certified to do Yamuna® Body Rolling Table Treatment as well as Yamuna® Yoga.
Marianna is very interested in the healing application of Yoga and Yamuna® Body Rolling. She applies therapeutics in her classes when possible and especially in one-on-one sessions.
April Dove joined Marianna’s Yoga classes as a student in 2007 and was inspired to become a Yoga teacher herself. She has taught Monday Night Yoga classes since 2010.
Kathy Fotterall, our Summer & Fall season Yoga Teacher joined the Belfast Yoga Studio in 2015 and teaches Monday & Wednesday morning classes.

Instruction is geared to all levels from Gentle to Level II classes and private sessions for those with special needs. Classes are offered weekdays, Monday through Friday.
